Sadie’s Salsa was conceived over 50 years ago. Our now famous salsa originated when Aunt Sadie and her sister, Betty Jo, and brother in law, Bob, decided to move from the original 9 seat diner into the Lark Bar at Second and Osuna. Our award-winning salsa has become a staple in many people's lives over the years. In addition to our website, Sadie's Salsa can be found in over 9,000 stores across the nation.
